Position Title: Sales Director
Position Reports To: Sales/Product Lead
Key Job Responsibilities: The primary role of Sales Director is to approach new customers, retain and increase cooperation with existing ones. The details are as below:
1. New Business Hunting:
a) Propose target customer list with detailed business analysis.
b) Committee business hunting milestones and accomplish as aligned.
c) Achieve sales target.
2. Customer relationship:
a) Develop customer relationship, well understand the changes of customer O-chart, set up good communication with decision makers and key contact person.
b) Lead the relevant customer events.
3. Product Proposal:
a) Deep dive customer product strategy/Launch plan and competitor info.
b) Marketing research and benchmark analysis.
c) Clearly transfer the requirement and customer need to internal team.
d) Work with product manager / HQ sales team closely and offer product proposal to win more business from customer.
4. Account Plan:
Well understand customer needs and future development strategies, make three-five year attack plans to achieve company's business goal.
5. Project Management:
Work with PJM and R&D closely, well control the milestone of the project to meet customer’s launch plan.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' of experience in sales
- Strong leadership skills
